Join dancers Miranda & Mistério (aka your Pilates instructors Cathy Ferrara and Nancy Golike) for CARDIO WORLD DANCE WORKSHOP. Sourcing movement and music from middle eastern, Caribbean, and south American dance forms, this two hour workshop will break down movement patterns into basic, easy to follow steps. Then we’ll put them back together in fun choreography and rev it up for a maximum cardio experience. Sweat, smile and feel the joy!
Momentum Pilates will be presenting a series of 3 summer workshops co-taught by Cathy Ferrara and Nancy Golike.
These 2 hour workshops will delve deep into each specific modality and give you a comprehensive workout and physical experience. Take the opportunity to dive in, learn more, and get hands on and individual corrections from both expert teachers!
